Condition Grading Guide
Every handbag offered by The Bag Archive is individually inspected and documented before listing. Our condition grade provides an overall indication of the piece, while the accompanying condition report records specific wear, marks, repairs or alterations.
Condition grading is separate from authentication. Buyers should always review the full product description and photographs before acquisition.

Photography & Disclosure
Material imperfections and visible wear are photographed wherever practical. The written condition report should be read together with the complete image gallery. Minor signs of previous ownership may not always be visible in every photograph.
Condition terminology is intended to provide a consistent internal standard. It does not imply that a previously owned item is new, unused or free from every minor imperfection.
